Position
We are seeking a Service Desk Agent with at least 5 years of experience in the role, able to manage various software and hardware issues and provide assistance to users.
Requirements
- Sistemi Operativi: Suse, Red Hat Oracle Linux, Ubuntu, CentOS, Microsoft Server
- Software di protezione del dato e gestione per backup e restore
- Software distribution e di remote desktop control
- Configurazioni lato server Microsoft WSUS e SCCM
- Middleware: Jboss, Apache, IIS
- Rete: Cisco Router
- Sicurezza: Firewall Palo Alto
- Sistemi di Posta e di autenticazione
- Altre piattaforme di gestione: Zabbix e Grafana per il monitoraggio
Additional Information
The project budget will be shared immediately after the application.
We offer a permanent contract with a CCNL Commercio agreement.
A stimulating, young, and dynamic work environment.
Location: Torino on site
The activity takes place on-site with the possibility of temporary transfers (mainly during the day) to the client's various locations.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, flexible start time with a lunch break.
Availability is required, with services provided on weekdays and pre-holidays, and in extra hours from 8 pm to 10 pm.
