Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customer requests and interact with brokers, underwriters, and network partners to ensure seamless processing.
  • Serve as a point of reference for external and internal stakeholders, including colleagues abroad, for international customer management.
  • Monitor and issue contractual documents, coordinating with your supervisor, team, and internal/external subjects.
  • Manage performance metrics through company systems, focusing on quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policy forms, operating systems, rating, coding, and policy administration.
  • Understanding of insurance processes and regulatory frameworks, with ability to anticipate key issues and negotiate complex contracts.
