Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for monitoring and developing sales opportunities, analyzing customer requests, and preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and develop sales opportunities in existing markets
- Build and maintain organic relationships with Key Account Managers (KAMs)
- Support in preparing technical and commercial proposals
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in accordance with customer needs using specific tools like CPQ and Siscat
- Apply the Group's pricing methodology in accordance with product constraints
- Contribute to building a solid sales pipeline and customer contacts through marketing activities
- Update market information and competitor analysis in each market segment for S&T
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package
- Analytical skills
- Precision, meticulousness, and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Desirable knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle, and AS400 tools
