Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for monitoring and developing sales opportunities, analyzing customer requests, and preparing technical and commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and develop sales opportunities in existing markets
  • Build and maintain organic relationships with Key Account Managers (KAMs)
  • Support in preparing technical and commercial proposals
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in accordance with customer needs using specific tools like CPQ and Siscat
  • Apply the Group's pricing methodology in accordance with product constraints
  • Contribute to building a solid sales pipeline and customer contacts through marketing activities
  • Update market information and competitor analysis in each market segment for S&T
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Analytical skills
  • Precision, meticulousness, and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Desirable knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle, and AS400 tools
