About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Engineering Operations Specialist to join our team at Arrow Electronics Italia S.r.l. (fka Silverstar S.r.l.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day engineering support to ensure the highest level of service and contribute to improving our Demand Creation KPI results.
  • Enter and maintain Customer Project information and details into the Arrow ERP system, working closely with engineering and sales teams to resolve any issues.
  • Perform data processing, scrubbing, updating, and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct data analysis and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage samples and lead follow-up activities.
  • Recommend new procedures to increase efficiency and assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities.
Requirements
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Native Italian language skills.
  • Proven organizational skills, including time management.
  • Basic project management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms.
  • French language skills are a plus.
