Job Summary:

RWE Renewables Italia is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join its Origination and Development team in Rome, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business development and stakeholder engagement projects to support the development of our onshore wind, PV, and battery storage projects in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities for project origination and development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including national and local authorities, trade associations, and industry partners.
  • Manage project budgets, objectives, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Development Project Managers to support ad-hoc origination and development projects.
  • Identify and manage initiatives or events to showcase RWE standards and maximize business opportunities.
  • Liaise with the Communications team to develop information material and communication tools to support project activities.
  • Manage RWE presence at national tradeshows and coordinate with different departments and external service providers.
  • Support the Development Project Managers in managing ad-hoc stakeholder initiatives, including community products and sponsorships.
  • Manage external partners, service providers, and suppliers.
  • Communicate project progress and findings within the company and disseminate knowledge to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of approximately 3-4 years of relevant project management experience in coordinating initiatives of stakeholder engagement, communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • University degree or Master's degree in communications, marketing, and public relations or related fields.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with a willingness to travel regularly within Italy.
