About the Role

We're looking for a talented Insurance Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Balcia, a dynamic insurance company with a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. As part of our sales and claims support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support and assistance through various communication channels
  • Advise clients on insurance contracts, events, and related matters, provide consultation
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate information
  • Prepare and present insurance offers
  • Register potentially insured events according to guidelines
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the insurance market and products
  • Experience in insurance sales, customer support, or claims handling process
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new policies, procedures, and technologies
  • Advanced knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiation skills
