Position Overview:
Atlas Copco Italy is seeking a dedicated Sales Area Manager to oversee the Lombardia region and its surroundings. This role is integral to our Industrial Cooling division, where you will manage our product offerings and foster relationships with clients in your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand and enhance the market share for Process Cooling solutions within the assigned territory.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, key accounts, and dealers while identifying opportunities with new clients.
  • Exhibit high integrity and a growth-oriented mindset in all interactions.
  • Develop technical expertise to prepare quotations and effectively promote our cooling solutions, emphasizing their advantages.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage projects, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Provide sales analytics, monthly reports, and maintain records of visits and actions, including analysis of sales performance against set budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize efforts and achieve overall sales objectives.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a sales professional residing in the Lombardia region with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally within the chiller and cooling/process cooling equipment sector (HVAC&R). Proficiency in English is essential due to our multinational presence. Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Cloud for Customer, is expected to effectively manage customer interactions and project tracking.
