Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Front Office Agent to join our team at the Continentale hotel in Florence. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome to our guests
  • Manage guest reservations and room assignments
  • Process guest payments and handle any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless service and high guest satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies and procedures

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent knowledge of Italian and English languages; knowledge of a third language is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Opera system
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Love for the city of Florence
  • Availability to work shifts, including nights
