About Our Company

TN Italy, a global leader in ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses, is looking for a talented Operations Excellence Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will drive the successful introduction of new products into the market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive alignment between New Product Introduction strategy and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Technical Office, Quality, Tooling Engineering, Production, and Product Office to resolve unresolved issues.
  • Analyze and evaluate critical issues on first samples, transferring findings to production.
  • Develop and implement strategies for evaluating deficiencies in work-cycles, defining alternatives, planning trial runs, and assessing conformity of components and frames.
  • Work closely with Technical Office to anticipate future models and potential issues before mass production.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of gate-stage processes for components and frames.
  • Ensure that APQP crossing of frames in departments meets producibility requirements.

Your Background

  • Hold a Degree in Engineering.
  • At least 4 years of experience in complex environments.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing contexts and priorities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
