At Marcolin, we're seeking a talented Regional Category Management & Business Developer to drive business growth and excellence across our regions. This role will play a pivotal part in supervising regional growth by coordinating AoR Category Managers & Business Developers and overseeing a portfolio of existing customers and new prospects in MORE, our proprietary Vendor Management Inventory system.

Main Accountabilities:
  1. Lead the coordination of AoR Category Managers & Business Developers in their management of assigned customer portfolios, ensuring seamless execution of weekly automatic replenishments;
  2. Deliver in-depth analysis and insights to Regional Commercial Coordinators on project development, regional sell-in and sell-out trends, and customer activation status in MORE;
  3. Identify and approach new Key Accounts based on commercial guidelines, facilitating their inclusion in the project;
  4. Foster strong, direct relationships with Key Accounts to guarantee optimal system performance, aligning assortment quality, facing coverage, and stock levels with customer expectations;
  5. Analyze sales data and facing to identify potential drivers for improving sell-out and performance, presenting findings and recommendations to KAM/Sales Manager and supporting implementation efforts;
  6. Collaborate with AoR referents within the Region to optimize procedures and enhance operational efficiency;
  7. Ensure seamless integration of stakeholder needs in the MORE Project (Client, KAM, Sales Manager, Customer Service, Trade Marketing, Planning, and Logistics);
  8. Develop innovative solutions to address specific customer needs, leveraging Company procedures to deliver exceptional results.
