About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Apple Channel Store Advisor. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our partner reseller stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow Apple's presence in the multi-branded store.
  • Collaborate with reseller teams to provide training and support on Apple products, services, and merchandising guidelines, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Apple product and services portfolio, and educate store teams on its benefits and value proposition.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating product benefits and value proposition through demonstrations and consultations.
  • Ensure Apple's merchandising and brand standards are upheld throughout the store, including maintaining fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements.
  • Identify and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of related experience in sales, operations, or a related field.
  • Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and inspire others.
  • Solid relationship building skills, with the ability to become a trusted business partner at a single point of sale.
