Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team as a Business Development Officer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct prospecting meetings to qualify customers and identify key decision-makers.
  • Perform pitch-perfect sales calls with C-suite level contacts to communicate the benefits of doing business with UPS Capital.
  • Deliver confident sales presentations to communicate the benefits of our financial risk mitigation solutions.
  • Develop timelines to ensure smooth implementation of our products into the customer/partner supply chain.
  • Collaborate with customer-facing groups across UPS to develop strategies and drive business growth.
  • Manage partners to ensure compliance with partner agreements.
  • Proactively recruit new qualifying partners and drive the adoption of our company programs among partners.

Requirements

  • Some travel required within the EU.
  • Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Risk, or Finance preferred.
  • 2-5 years of previous sales experience.
  • Outside Sales Role (travelling will be an average of 40% of your time).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word.
