YOUR MISSION

We are in search of a sales expert who thrives on innovation and is adaptable to change. We need a collaborative individual with a positive mindset, always on the lookout for opportunities to enhance business growth independently. If this resonates with you, you will be responsible for various aspects of this position, from establishing a pipeline of potential clients to formulating account strategies that ensure sustained growth for our partners.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting initial meetings to assess potential clients (i.e., identifying key decision-makers, evaluating current risk strategies, and analyzing financial conditions). Executing flawless sales presentations – via video calls, phone conversations, and in-person meetings – with

senior-level executives.

Delivering persuasive sales pitches to illustrate the advantages of partnering with UPS Capital. Creating timelines to facilitate the seamless integration of UPSC products into the client/partner supply chain. Collaborating with customer-facing teams across UPS to develop effective strategies. Overseeing partners to ensure adherence to partnership agreements. Actively seeking new qualifying partners and promoting the adoption of company initiatives among them.

What does it take to expand a business as vast and dynamic as UPS Capital?

Some travel may be necessary within IT and EU. Experience in the financial services or insurance sector is advantageous. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Risk Management, or Finance is preferred. 2-5 years of relevant sales experience. This is an Outside Sales Role (traveling will constitute approximately 40% of your time). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
