Job Title: Business Development Officer

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Officer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prospecting meetings to qualify customers and identify key decision-makers.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to communicate the benefits of our financial risk mitigation solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and growth.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of sales experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial risk mitigation solutions and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
