About the Role:In TD SYNNEX Italy, we are seeking a Business Development Manager responsible for the VMware by Broadcom portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating VMware by Broadcom's growth plans internally to drive them in specific strategic segments.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimise results by driving sales out of agreed vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification, on-boarding and other business development initiatives.
- Demonstrate a solid customer engagement strategy, creating customer unique selling propositions.
- Take solution and service offerings to market, including TaaS.
- Ownership of quarterly vendor business planning and execution.
- Enable and help the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.
- Develop tailored customer value propositions.
- 4+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level.
- Good level of knowledge of data center and Software Enterprise.
- Good emotional intelligence, influence and persuasion skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Skilled multi-level relationship builder.
- High energy and motivation.
- Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling.
- Strategic planning and business case development.
- Hybrid work - (2 days at the office, 3 days at home).
