Key Responsibilities:

As a Payroll Specialist at Sephora, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including HR management, hiring and terminations, employment relations management, and attendance detection. You will also be responsible for supporting documentation management, staff movements reporting, and drafting reports.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in payroll and HR administration. You should also have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a passion for fostering positive relationships. Additionally, you should have a strong knowledge of regulations, including attendance tracking tools and shift management.
