Role Overview

The Senior National Sales Manager (SNSM) is a strategic role that requires forging new relationships and establishing rapport with thought leaders. This individual will work closely with clients as a key member of their local leadership team to drive compliant sales success in the field. The SNSM will have oversight for all deployed Sales Managers and the field-based sales team across primary and secondary care.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a sales team across the country
Work closely with the internal operations team and client stakeholders to support the design and lead the execution of a new product sales strategy
Ensure all missions are in accordance with ethics, professional rules, and the Public Health Code

Requirements

Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in a sales, marketing, and commercial operations capacity
Experience in sales and marketing roles with responsibility for prescription pharmaceutical business
Previous first and second line sales management experience including product launch
