Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Success Management in expanding our success management strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage our brand portfolio and work to retain clients by anticipating their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage customer communications and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of Live Story's platform.
  • Manage projects with efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Assist in the development of training and educational materials for clients, ensuring they have the necessary skills to get the most out of our platform.
Requirements
  • Candidate must be proactive, organized, and goal-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3-5 years of related field experience, with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles.
  • Foster positive business relationships, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to think creatively while working effectively within a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Collaborate and adapt with a small, yet growing team, with a strong focus on teamwork and open communication.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Additional Provisions
  • Additional courses in Digital Business and Project Management are a plus, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
