Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional interactions between Commercial, Business Units, and Finance to drive sales forecasting and modeling.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reporting using systems to track revenue across the country.
  • Manage Iqvia data, market research data, and competitors' performance data to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate local incentive plans, commitment, and cycle plans, and communicate effectively with sales leads, local HR, and International Commercial operations Lead.
  • Drive continuous improvements and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Project manage local and international projects, including CRM, BI, and Master Data Management.
  • Manage tools and processes for reporting sales and marketing analytics, trend analysis, customer account plans, and more.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business.
  • 7+ years of proven experience.
  • Experience with Veeva CRM, BI, and Qlik Sense.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
