What We're Looking For- Analyzing energy consumption at our headquarters;
- Analyzing and processing energy analysis data, defining and monitoring EnPI;
- Identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions for optimizing energy consumption through correct monitoring, regulation, and maintenance of equipment;
- Training employees to adopt energy-saving behaviors within the workplace;
- Suggesting investments to improve process efficiency and service performance;
- Ensuring the preparation of energy balances, taking into account economic parameters and final energy uses;
- Analyzing GHG emissions data from our sites and production facilities, contributing to the definition of calculation and measurement methods, data reconciliation, and reduction plans;
- Preparing reports and plans related to energy consumption and GHG emissions (Scope 1-2-3) for internal and external stakeholders (UN Report, Financial Report, international questionnaires CDP, DJSI, etc.);
- Reporting according to the CSRD Directive and managing databases.
- University degree in a technical or scientific field, preferably with an environmental, energy, or management focus, or post-graduate specializations in the energy sector;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Availability to travel within Italy and Europe.
- Knowledge of the UNI CEI EN ISO 50001 standard;
- Knowledge of international climate change protocols (e.g., ONU Oil & Gas Methane Partnership 2.0, European Regulation on Methane Emissions);
- Knowledge of the CSRD Directive, reporting activities;
- Competence in data uncertainty evaluation, GHG data certification, and database management.
We're looking for someone who is strongly result-oriented, effective in both team and communication work, and able to work autonomously, identifying and managing priorities with flexibility, dynamism, and proactivity. You should be able to plan activities and manage deadlines punctually, thanks to good problem-solving skills.
