Position Overview

GroupM Nexus is seeking a Digital Planner to oversee the strategic planning of media initiatives for designated clients. This role requires a keen understanding of digital marketing dynamics and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.

OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE
  • Develop and execute the most impactful Media Plan tailored to client budgets and objectives while working closely with international teams.
  • Oversee all phases of digital campaign execution and enhancement, including planning, purchasing, and coordination with operational biddable and programmatic teams.
  • Generate competitive analysis reports and assess campaign outcomes.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and suggest tactical adjustments to optimize results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders to meet both national and global client requirements and planning standards.
  • Stay informed about the commercial offerings of online channels within the performance marketing sector.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency and proven experience with various tools (Adserver, third-party verification tools) to assess the effectiveness of plans.
  • Manage diverse types of digital campaigns, including awareness, performance-driven, data-centric, and retargeting initiatives.
  • Work alongside cross-functional agency teams and client suppliers, including external creative agencies and international partners.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Advertising, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in media planning.
  • Strong proactive and collaborative skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines.
