Sales Specialist Lenovo PC

In TD SYNNEX, we are looking for an Internal Sales Specialist for a maternity cover period.
The specialist will focus on our PC business, with allocated accounts and develop a deep knowledge of portfolio processes and vendors pricing. He/she will have the responsibility of managing quotes and closing orders, and will be incentivized based on part of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build excellent resellers and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge, subject to clear managerial direction.
• Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on product/solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company.
• Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities.
• Manages reporting and customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing".
• Either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements.
• Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions.
• Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers.
• Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement.
• Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition.
• Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.).
• Provides accurate and timely quotations.
• Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience.
• Passion or curiosity towards the IT selling ecosystem. A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential.
• Pro-activeness and motivation to learn and perform in a selling environment.
• Understanding of sales processes.
• Excellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills.
• Good attention to details.
• Priority management and planning skills.
• Strive to achieve set targets.
• Good relationship building.
• Fluent Italian and good English.
• Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM.
