B2B Sales Representative, Motorola Italy

Description and Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Representative to join our Motorola Italy team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth in the Italian B2B smartphone market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Lenovo teams, reseller partners, and end-user accounts
- Partner with identified accounts to anticipate future customer needs and drive business growth
- Responsible for business development pipeline and forecasting
- Own and be in charge of revenue, margins, and growth
- Control costs and protect/maintain margins in line with corporate objectives
- Run device sales and support resources directly or indirectly in the development of advanced solution-selling concepts
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales experience preferably in the technology hardware industry
- Strong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales models
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively bringing in the right resources at the right stage in the selling process
- Strong influencer and confident presenter
- Good networking skills, with the ability to communicate across complex matrix organisations
- Good analytical approach - to be able to quickly draw conclusions from company data or market research
- Comfortable with financial management and P&Ls
- Fluency in English and Italian
