At sennder, we're revolutionizing the digital freight forwarding industry. Our team is on a mission to drive growth and profitability across Iberia and Italy by developing dynamic pricing strategies that leverage data-driven insights and automation.

We're looking for an experienced Pricing Manager for our South Region to lead this initiative. As the ideal candidate, you'll have a proven track record in developing and executing regional pricing strategies, with at least five years of experience in analytical roles such as Pricing Manager or Revenue Manager.

Your expertise should include strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for advanced data analysis, as well as experience with business intelligence tools like Looker. You'll be able to design and implement scalable pricing frameworks and processes that enhance efficiency and adapt to market changes.

As a key member of our Pricing department, you'll work closely with Operations, Sales, and Procurement to ensure aligned pricing strategies. You'll also build and guide a geographically diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement that supports our broader business objectives.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and deploying regional pricing strategies to drive business growth and customer retention
  • Implementing scalable pricing processes using data-driven insights and automation to streamline decision-making
  • Monitoring and adjusting pricing structures to meet or exceed profitability goals, responding proactively to market changes
  • Working closely with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to ensure aligned pricing strategies
  • BUILDING, mentoring, and leading a pricing team across the South Region, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Guaranteeing all pricing strategies comply with local laws and corporate policies, maintaining ethical standards and corporate integrity
  • Overseeing the design and implementation of departmental objectives and metrics, including career development plans for team members
  • Initiating and conducting training sessions, workshops, and presentations to promote best practices and innovations
  • Managing budgets and resources to align with company objectives, optimizing both growth and productivity

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of €80,000 - €110,000, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes commuter allowance, home office benefit, free on-site gym (Milan office), and more.
