AxL S.p.A. Business Unit di Galliate ricerca un professionista qualificato per ricoprire il ruolo di Chef de Partie in un importante hotel di lusso 5 stelle.

Descrizione del ruolo

Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile della gestione di una partita di cucina, garantendo l'adeguatezza delle forniture e la preparazione di piatti di alta qualità. Sarà inoltre responsabile della supervisione di un team di cucinieri e della gestione degli inventari.

Compiti e responsabilità
  • Responsabilità della partita assegnata sotto la supervisione del/della Sous chef;
  • Garantire l'adeguatezza delle forniture nelle postazioni di cottura;
  • Assistere nella preparazione degli ordini, nello stoccaggio delle scorte e nel controllo degli inventari;
  • Preparare ingredienti freschi per cucinare in base alle varie ricette/menu;
  • Cucinare i cibi e preparare parti di menu di alta qualità in modo puntuale;
  • Testare gli alimenti per garantire una preparazione e una temperatura adeguate;
  • Utilizzare le attrezzature da cucina in modo sicuro e responsabile;
  • Garantire la corretta igiene e pulizia delle superfici e dei contenitori;
  • Rispettare le aspettative e gli standard di garanzia della qualità;
  • Rispettare tutti gli standard e le politiche in materia di salute, sicurezza e igiene.
Requisiti
  • Passione per il settore alberghiero di lusso e per l'arte della cucina;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese (funzionale ad un'ottima relazione con il cliente);
  • Disponibilità a lavorare full-time o part-time al 50% o al 75% dal lunedì alla domenica, 5 giorni su 7 (2 sono di riposo su turnazione), 8 ore al giorno più 30 minuti di pausa;
  • Plus: esperienza precedente in ruoli simili, preferibilmente in hotel;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali, atteggiamento positivo, affidabile ed orientato alla soddisfazione del cliente.
Benefici
  • Inquadramento: CCNL Turismo Industria, Livello D1 o C2, 14 mensilità. Iniziale inserimento a tempo determinato diretto o in somministrazione, con concreta possibilità di proroghe e stabilizzazione del rapporto di lavoro;
  • Retribuzione: RAL da € a € inclusiva di 14 ore di forfait), da valutare a seconda dell'esperienza del candidato;
  • Per gli inserimenti diretti: sconti personali, da estendere anche ad amici e familiari in più di 9.000 hotel internazionali facenti parte della catena;
  • Per gli inserimenti in somministrazione: il pacchetto retributivo prevede anche l'accesso ad un piano welfare (finanziato da Ebitemp - Ente Bilaterale Nazionale per il Lavoro Temporaneo) utile al sostegno per spese scolastiche, trasporto extraurbano, mobilità territoriale e tutela sanitaria;
  • Orario di Lavoro: full-time dal lunedì alla domenica, 5 giorni su 7 (2 sono di riposo su turnazione), 8 ore al giorno più 30 minuti di pausa;
  • In attesa del servizio mensa aziendale, è previsto un servizio di consegna pasti;
