Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal & Estimation Specialist to join our team at Oilandgas.Org. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth and profitability by providing expert-level guidance in cost analysis, bid strategy, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop cost estimates
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine project scope and identify potential risks
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
  • Review and validate subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in estimating
  • Business & Commercial Acumen
  • Understanding of costing and pricing models
  • Familiarity with field instrumentation, monitoring systems, plant software and controls installations
  • Satisfactory knowledge of basic commercial/ T&C term and negotiation techniques
  • Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
