Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a section in our busy kitchen, ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen is of the highest quality.
  • Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to develop new menu ideas and techniques that make our kitchen a creative and exciting place to work.
  • Ensure that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on food safety and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.
Requirements
