Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in Florence. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

  • Lead a section of our kitchen team, ensuring seamless service and high-quality food production.
  • Collaborate with our Head Chef to develop innovative menus and culinary concepts.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Develop and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Work closely with our procurement team to source fresh, seasonal ingredients and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our culinary offerings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Passion for creative cuisine and a commitment to using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in a dynamic kitchen environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
