About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sales Merchandising Manager to join our dynamic team at POMELLATO S.P.A. in Milan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global assortment strategies in line with sales channel and market specificities, as well as brand strategy.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Operations departments to forecast new collections, align on OTB targets, and optimize replenishment processes.
  • Collaborate with Product Merchandising and Brand departments to balance collection briefs with merchandising objectives and product positioning.
  • Identify business growth opportunities through constant monitoring of orders and deliveries, and merchandise allocation.
  • Align sales teams with assortment strategies and objectives in collaboration with WHS and Retail Managers.
  • Establish synergies with Sales, Brand, Visual Merchandising, and other key functional teams to ensure a close collaborative relationship and mutual sharing.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of relevant buying or merchandising experience in the fashion, watches, and jewelry luxury industry.
  • Ability to balance mid- and long-term views to build effective approaches for the business.
  • Strong analytical skills to handle and analyze numerical data, sharing insights to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with additional languages a plus.
