About the Role

As a Booking Agent at Starhotels, you will be the main point of contact for guests seeking room reservations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and supported throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Master the art of efficient phone conversations to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Utilize your sales skills to suggest upgrades and promotions, driving revenue growth and increasing guest satisfaction.
  • Turn inquiries into successful contracted business deals, exceeding guest expectations and driving repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue promising sales leads with precision and enthusiasm, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Respond to all guests in a professional yet approachable tone, ensuring that every reservation is completed to the highest standards.
  • Deliver prompt and efficient service that maintains the highest standards while adding a touch of warmth, making every guest feel welcome and valued.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Years of experience as a Booking Agent, with a proven track record of success.
