About the Role

As a Booking Agent at Starhotels, you will be the main point of contact for guests seeking room reservations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and supported throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Master the art of efficient phone conversations to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Utilize your sales skills to suggest upgrades and promotions, driving revenue growth and increasing guest satisfaction.
  • Turn inquiries into successful contracted business deals, exceeding guest expectations and building loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue promising sales leads with precision and enthusiasm, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Respond to all guests in a professional yet approachable tone, ensuring all reservations are completed and meet guest expectations.
  • Deliver prompt and efficient service that maintains the highest standards while adding a touch of warmth, exceeding guest expectations and building loyalty.

Requirements
  • Italian – fluently.
  • English – fluently.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Years of experience as a Booking Agent.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
  • A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
