Job Description

Armani Hotel Milan, a 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of the famous Milan fashion district, is seeking a highly skilled Events and Groups Executive to join our Sales and Marketing Department.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Group Bookings and Sales: Handle and execute group bookings, solicit business, and maximize revenue through effective sales strategies.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections with potential clients to showcase the hotel's facilities and services.
  • Group Status Updates: Check on the status of group bookings and update as necessary to ensure seamless execution.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare monthly group summary reports and maintain accurate records of group bookings and history.
  • Communication and Coordination: Create and distribute Briefing Event Orders (BEOs) and Group Reservation Confirmations (GRCs) to relevant departments.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure a defect-free and memorable experience for all clients, with a focus on providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team, Revenue and Reservation teams to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English, with a preferred knowledge of a third language.
  • Skills and Qualities: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, strong customer orientation, excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
