Job Summary

RINA is seeking a highly skilled Asset Integrity Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Integrity team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our assets and developing strategies to mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze equipment and piping data to assess asset integrity
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure accurate and timely data population
  • Collaborate with field inspection engineers to assess the effectiveness of past inspections and evaluate the probability and consequence of failure
  • Assess risk for each damage mechanism and finalize risk assessments
  • Generate recommendations to mitigate damage mechanisms and display assessment results in approved formats
  • Manage asset integrity teams and resources, including supervising a team of 4 persons
  • Develop and implement asset integrity programs and strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
  • 4-5 years of experience in asset integrity engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of corrosion phenomena and damage mechanisms
  • Experience with API 571, API 580, and RBI methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
