Job Title: Field Business Lead, Nordics

At Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Business Lead to join our team in the Nordics region. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing local brand plans and tactical plans to drive the overall management of selected Alnylam products in the Nordics.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute local brand plans and tactical plans to drive sales performance in the Nordics.
  • Manage the implementation of local tactical plans, including marketing materials, congresses, educational events, and customer outreach.
  • Develop account plans in line with country strategy in partnership with the Country Manager and Medical Affairs team.
  • Perform detailed analysis of the assigned territory to identify, assess, and develop relevant centers for diagnosis and treatment.
  • Build sustainable relationships with healthcare stakeholders and function as the main partner for key customers in the Nordics.
  • Represent Alnylam at local and national events and congresses.
  • Take responsibility for coordinating local sales training activities.
  • Ensure detailed tracking of agreed KPIs to allow early course correction and ensure execution of key tactics.
  • Provide high-quality input to local market access activities.
  • Ensure high-quality revenue and volume forecasting and brand investment deployment.
  • Contribute to the development of the European strategic plan and annual tactical plans.
Requirements:
  • Track record of success in brand management, product management, and strategic marketing roles of minimum 5 years.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, specifically key account management.
  • Experience with hospital marketing management and orphan drugs.
  • Strong knowledge of specialty care commercialization in Nordics, particularly in the rare disease space.
  • Line leadership experience is a plus.
  • Language (minimum) requirements: Fluency in Swedish and English, ideally also other regional languages.
  • Strong network/matrix stakeholder communication skills with both regional and in-country teams.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Relentless external customer and patient focus.
  • Ability to travel within a territory on a regular basis.
  • Autonomous working style, pragmatic and operationally oriented, with excellent planning and organizing skills.
