· Avrai la possibilità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e di apprendere nuove competenze nel settore delle Risorse Umane.

· Sarai coinvolto nella gestione amministrativa dei dipendenti e del personale extra, nonché nella gestione delle attività legate al benessere dei nostri colleghi.

· Avrai la responsabilità di assicurarti che i nostri ospiti ricevano un'esperienza di alta qualità.

Nel tuo ruolo di Stagista nel reparto Risorse Umane presso l'hotel Eden, riceverai:

· L'italiano è la lingua principale utilizzata nel nostro hotel. Devi dimostrare di poter comunicare efficacemente in questa lingua. Inoltre è necessario avere un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

· Costituisce requisito fondamentale una buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, soprattutto Excel e Power Point.

Ottima attitudine all'ascolto, empatia, proattività nella risoluzione di eventi improvvisi e predisposizione a muoversi in un ambiente estremamente veloce e dinamico.
