Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and building major fill & finish expansion projects across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and plan major projects
  • Provide expert advice on human resources matters to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and outcomes

Requirements

  • MSc in Social Science, Human Resources, or related field
  • At least 3-4 years of working experience in a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Italian & English, both written and spoken
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

You will be joining a newly established and growing area in our company, responsible for designing, planning, and building all major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk to meet the needs of millions of patients.
