Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Alipay. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Italian Key Account merchant growth operations, including sales and marketing planning, customer experience improvement, and payment success rate optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns with external merchants and internal marketing teams to increase Alipay+ user engagement and merchant growth.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to understand merchant pain points and demonstrate the value of Alipay+ marketing channels.
  • Work closely with external partners, including ISO and marketing partners, product teams, and HQ marketing teams to increase exposure for French merchants and improve the end-to-end journey for Alipay+ users.
  • Support PR teams to promote Alipay+'s presence in EMEA, focusing on the launch of partnerships or merchants.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing operations and merchant management experience, with a strong understanding of Italian markets and merchants.
  • A successful track record of creating and implementing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to achieve objectives.
  • Fluent Italian, English, and Chinese language skills.
