Job Summary

We're seeking a Paid Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Paid Media team, you'll set up, manage, and monitor campaigns across multiple platforms, including Programmatic, Social, and Search.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up campaigns in Google Ads and META.
  • Perform regular pacing and performance optimization of campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Technical QA of campaigns and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Help account management teams with forecasting and planning for clients.
  • Create monthly and QBR decks, writing insights and recommendations around campaign performance.
  • Work on weekly/biweekly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with account management and other teams to identify and promote opportunities to improve campaign performance.
  • Train teams on accounts and processes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Ads and META.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Ad-Operations and end-to-end campaign management across different channels.
  • Fluency in Italian and English language skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Ability to use data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
  • Seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
