About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As an Italian speaker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via email, chat, and phone calls
  • Become a product expert and provide in-depth knowledge to customers
  • Use troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues
  • Specialize in a specific brand and provide tailored support
Requirements
  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Customer Support
  • Experience with Social Media is a plus
  • High School Diploma
  • EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
