Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Sales Area Manager for the Northern Italy region. This position is crucial for driving sales initiatives and enhancing revenue growth through strategic execution of company programs and services within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with existing clients to identify their business needs and propose continuous improvement and innovation strategies that foster sales growth.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving profit increase goals within your territory.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets and budgets.
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors operating in the same territory.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to key accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of process filtration and related technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
