We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager Territory to join our team in Bologna, Italy. As a Sales Manager Territory, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the territory.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers at all levels of their organization
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales objectives
- Provide leadership and direction to assigned Sales Representatives
- Coordinate sales activities and monitor performance
- Prepare tailored business plans and proposals based on customer requests
- Relevant sales experience in industrial automation, motion control, and digitalization fields
- Strong customer-centric approach and ability to handle resources, activities, and time
- Passion for continuous learning and growth
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Eligibility to work in Italy
