Job Title: Sales Manager Territory

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager Territory to join our team in Bologna, Italy. As a Sales Manager Territory, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the territory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers at all levels of their organization
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales objectives
  • Provide leadership and direction to assigned Sales Representatives
  • Coordinate sales activities and monitor performance
  • Prepare tailored business plans and proposals based on customer requests
Requirements:
  • Relevant sales experience in industrial automation, motion control, and digitalization fields
  • Strong customer-centric approach and ability to handle resources, activities, and time
  • Passion for continuous learning and growth
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
