Unlock Your Potential as a Sales Area Manager

Atlas Copco Italy is seeking a highly skilled Sales Area Manager to join our team in Northern Italy. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for executing sales plans, driving revenue and profit growth, and delivering business results in line with our company objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet defined territory profit increase goals.
  • Work closely with current customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and identify new potential customers.
  • Generate and execute sales proposals to key accounts.
  • Conduct market surveys on competitors acting in the same area and customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Domiciled in Bologna or surroundings.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of process filtration and filtration technologies.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong technical communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel.
