Position Overview

We are seeking a Brand Expert for CPM Italy

Join us as a Regional Sales Leader, where your expertise in field marketing and sales will be highly valued. You will have the chance to lead a team, fostering their growth in alignment with specific objectives, while also providing on-ground support when necessary. Your focus will be on a single client, a leading global tobacco manufacturer known for its iconic brands, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work effectively. At CPM Italy, we believe that your success is intertwined with the quality of your life.

What will your responsibilities include?

You will play a pivotal role in launching a new product within the heated tobacco category: Ploom X.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate a team in the field to enhance the sales performance of our client's brand.

You will oversee the recruitment, training, management, and performance evaluation of teams comprising Supervisors and Ploom Ambassadors.

> By designing, developing, and coordinating your area teams;

> By managing the Supervisors within your designated area;

> By selecting teams based on channel and geographical needs;

> By expanding the client portfolio to create new business opportunities;

> By setting and monitoring performance objectives for your teams;

> By ensuring continuous training for your teams;

> By gathering relevant data and insights to prepare periodic reports;

> By contributing to the development of strategies aimed at improving project performance.
