About the Role
The Customer Service Sales Engineer will support business operations in assigned areas, reporting to the Customer Service Area Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage sales opportunities in assigned geographies, collaborating with regional colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal processes to convert market opportunities into orders, involving Engineering and Operations departments.
- Contribute to defining business targets in assigned areas, promoting initiatives to grow market penetration and develop new products and business models.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electronic, or equivalent)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles
- Passion for technical topics and customer orientation
- International experience considered a plus
- English proficiency; knowing other languages a plus
