Job Summary:

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a highly skilled Regional Technical Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing technical support to customers in Europe and North Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and develop sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including product trials, project startups, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product development and ensure market and product needs alignment.
  • Attend industry and trade shows to network and build relationships with customers and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute formal account plans, including strategies for each sub-segment targeted.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Gather and report market intelligence to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Material or Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the coatings industry, with a focus on pipe coatings.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills.
  • Flexibility to travel in the regions (EMEAI).
  • English language proficiency, with additional languages a plus.
