Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Sales Support to join our team at IMA LIFE, a division operating in the production of machines and complete lines for the processing of liquids and powders in aseptic and non-aseptic environments. The successful candidate will be based in Castel San Pietro Terme (BO).
Key Responsibilities
- Have a deep knowledge of the product to build and present the best proposal for the customer;
- Know the product's placement in the market and have a deep understanding of the competition;
- Organize visits with agents or sales representatives from the branch office to the customer to receive their real needs;
- Work in a team with the Product Manager to propose the most suitable solution for the customer: the Technical Sales Support studies the user requirement and, together with the Area Manager, defines a technical customization of the machine/line of interest to the customer, which will then be articulated in a commercial offer package to be presented to the customer itself;
- Support Sales in the commercial negotiation phase to define and configure the technical offer, analyzing the document and the customer's specifications (URS);
- Elaborate the technical specification (MIP) of the machine/line;
- Collaborate, as a sponsor, with the project team in the management of the order in all its phases.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a B2B commercial environment, machinery sector, pharmaceutical industry;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written;
- Availability to travel;
- Knowledge of Spanish, both spoken and written.
