Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Support professional to join our IMA Group team. As a Technical Sales Support, you will be responsible for building and presenting the best proposal for our clients, understanding the product placement in the market, and working in a team with the Product Manager to propose the most suitable solution for the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product to create a compelling proposal for the client;
  • Know the product's placement in the market and have a thorough understanding of the competition;
  • Organize visits with the sales agent or sales representative to receive the client's real needs;
  • Work in a team with the Product Manager to propose a customized solution for the client, defining a technical customization of the machine or line of interest for the client;
  • Support sales in the commercial negotiation phase to define and configure the technical offer, analyzing the client's document and specifications (URS);
  • Develop the technical specification (MIP) of the machine or line;
  • Collaborate as a sponsor with the project team in the management of the order in all its phases.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a B2B commercial role, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Engineering degree;
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
  • Availability to travel.
