Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote technical support and organizing trainings for customers and service dealers in relation to specific products with a special focus on connectivity and advanced services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and trainings to customers and service dealers
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and bulletins
- Handle warranty requests and certifications
- Work closely with the product company to resolve technical issues
- Support colleagues in the technical team
- Occasional travel to customer sites and workshops
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in compressed air technology or related products
- Strong technical expertise, combining mechanical, electronic, and electrical components
- Excellent communication skills to work at all levels within an organization
- Fluent in English and Italian, with other languages an advantage
- Strong PC skills with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
