Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Agent to join our international team in Lisbon, Portugal.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual with a passion for technical support to work with a leading international corporation. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues on our platform.

Your day-to-day activities will include supporting customers through various channels, determining technical pain points, and collaborating with technical advisors to provide feedback and solutions.

Requirements
  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • At least a year of experience in Technical Support
  • High School Diploma
  • EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
What We Offer
  • Gross salary: €1,300 - €1,600 per month
