About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our Enterprise Mobility Division. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating and segmenting customers, structuring an efficient sales plan aligned to our group strategy, and managing all aspects of the customer relationship and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and segment customers to develop an efficient sales plan aligned to our group strategy
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the customer relationship and engagement at all levels within assigned customers
  • Manage customers to exceed defined revenue goals as agreed with management
  • Utilize Channel planning methodology to define and manage business plans with assigned customers
  • Leverage our existing sales channel to create brand awareness within the market
  • Create and maintain account planning documents for customer accounts
  • Ongoing management and reporting of sales pipeline
  • Maintain the existing customer base
  • Promote our full portfolio of Enterprise Mobility solutions to maximise group sales with existing customers
  • Develop and implement a plan to acquire business from new capex projects within the sales territory
  • Acquire new business through converting competitor accounts
  • Plan, agree and conduct sales and marketing activities within the area
  • Regular customer visits to maximise the sales of our Enterprise Mobility product range
  • Keep up to date with all technical aspects associated with our product range to ensure customers continue to receive excellent support
  • Maintain and use our CRM database on an ongoing basis as the backbone for good organisation, planning, and communication

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales position in one or more of the following areas: ATEX related product or application sales, Rugged mobile device sales, Channel Partner Management, End user sales process management, Telecommunications, or Application integration. You will have a proven track record in managing Key Account relationships and be an exceptional communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder. You will be fluent in English and have good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
